On Columbus Day (Sunday, October 12th), Borja Salvador Culla participated in the 14th Annual B.A.A. Half Marathon presented by the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund. Borja participated as part of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute Team and raised 750$ towards the record total of $728,757.77 raised by the entire team. A total of 6,211 runners from all over the world finished the race, including the 2013 Boston Marathon winner, Lelisa Desisa and other world elite runners. Borja finished in 835th place with a net time of 1:42.20.
