The Great Thaw of 2013

  After three years of accumulating ice, and countless ear-piercing alarms, the -20 degree freezer has finally been thawed. Our own resident refrigeration specialist Patrick was the brave man who took on the challenge, ensuring that research in the Kohane lab will flourish for many years to come.

Brian Timko Promoted

On June 1st, Brian Timko was promoted to Instructor of Anaesthesia at Boston Children’s Hospital.  He has been working in the lab for four years and is developing new nanomaterials for cardiac tissue scaffolds, cancer therapy, and remotely-triggerable drug delivery systems.  

Albert Kwon Graduates from Harvard Medical School
