Education: Ye earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering & Materials Science from Duke University in 2024, an M.S. in Bioengineering from Chongqing University in 2019, and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Southwest University in 2016.
Research interests: Ye’s research focuses on the development of clinically translatable material/engineering systems for drug delivery and tissue engineering. He also explores how to manipulate these systems for cell biology research to uncover underlying biochemical and mechanobiological mechanisms.
Hobbies: Watch Messi’s football game
