Qian Liu’s Baby is Born

On October 26th at 11:50am, Qian Liu’s baby was born.  Her name is Sherise Yang, weighing 6 pounds, 3 ounces and 20 inches in length.  Congratulations, Qian!  

Borja Runs in BAA Half Marathon

On Columbus Day (Sunday, October 12th), Borja Salvador Culla participated in the 14th Annual B.A.A. Half Marathon presented by the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund. Rong Tong Promoted

On October 1st, Rong Tong was promoted to Instructor of Anaesthesia at Boston Children’s Hospital.  He has been working in the lab for 4 years and his research focuses on the development of new biomaterials for nanomedicine, including light-triggered drug delivery.  

Dan Presents at TEDMED

Borja’s Baby Has Arrived

  On August 4th, Borja Salvador Culla and his wife Evi welcomed their second son into their family. Baby Alexandros was born at 5:45am, 4.025 Kg and 54 cm long. Congratulations!

Dr. Brian McAlvin Presents at the 10th Annual Symposium in Cellular, Molecular and Clinical Research in Surgery

On Wednesday, March 25th Dr. Brian McAlvin gave a talk at the 10th Annual Symposium in Cellular, Molecular and Clinical Research in Surgery.  The Symposium took place in the Folkman Auditorium inside the Enders Building at Boston Children’s Hospitlal.  The title of the talk was “Surface modified extracorporeal circuitry for selective cytokine filtration”.
