Drs. Kohane and Yang traveled to Los Angeles, CA to attend the International Society for Otitis Media 20th International Symposium on Recent Advances in Otitis Media. While there, Dr. Kohane presented his work on “Trans-Tympanic Delivery of Local Anesthetics for Pain in Acute Otitis Media.” Dr. Yang presented her abstract, “Synergy between Chemical Permeation Enhancers and Drug Permeation across the Tympanic Membrane.​” While in LA, Drs. Kohane and Yang had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Jian-Dong Li, MD, PhD of Georgia State University and members of his lab.
