On Monday, 2/28, the Kohane group gathered at Pho Lemongrass to have a goodbye lunch for Lia, who is leaving the lab to pursue a new career opportunity. She will miss the Kohane lab very much.

Dan, Lauren, and other members of the lab had a wonderful time at the Annual Anesthesia Foundation Holiday Party at the New England Aquarium. The Kohane lab wishes everyone happy holidays and a joyful New Year.

Our lab celebrated Kate’s promotion to Assistant Director of the Kohane Lab with a lunch at Lamei Hotpot in Brookline!

Over the summer, Dr. Cullion was promoted to Assistant Director of the Kohane Lab. Congrats, Kate!

In July of 2021, Dr. Cullion was promoted to Assistant Professor of Pediatrics. Congrats, Kate!

Our Annual Kohane Lab BBQ was held on August 10th this year. We were all very excited for friends and family to gather together and share good food and company for the first time this year. Thanks so much to Dan and Lauren for hosting!

Yang Li got married to his wife Linli Shi on February 23rd, 2021. Yang and Linli have two cute cats: Rice Ball and Sticky Rice. Congratulations, Yang!

Campbell Oliver was born on June 8th at 5:58 am weighing 8lbs 11oz. Congrats Kate!

In July of 2020, Dan was promoted to Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care, and Pain Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital. Congrats, Dan!
